Membership Cancellation Policy
The club requires a dramatic exit from parents of gymnasts whom are ready to hang up their leotard. Parents must send a farewell email to [email protected] at least one month in advance.
Any cancellations or notices made between October and December will dance to the beat of the policy below.

To enter any of the regional competitions, your child needs to be registered with GSA (SAGF), via the club:

Please refrain from chit-chatting with the coaches during training hours. If you have burning questions or just want a friendly chat, reach out to Rousseau at via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 061 007 6982. You can also have a chinwag with club owner Chris Mostert directly at 082 442 6200.
PAYMENTS
Thank you to everyone (the majority) who make fee payments on time.
We have been sending correspondence and telephoning the bad payers; however in some cases there has been no response or feedback. Users on the booking platform will be blocked if fees are not paid by the 7th of each month.
Although we are sympathetic towards those experiencing financial difficulties, it is the duty of the parent to communicate this to us at an early stage so that where possible arrangements can be made. Please note that proof of your financial situation will be required. Contact the office at 061 007 6982 / 021 981 8886 to discuss.
If fees are still outstanding by 15th of the month your gymnast will be stopped from attending practice and your account will be handed over to a collections agent. Please note that all fees incurred in this process will be added to your account.
FEES ARE DUE ON 1ST OF EACH MONTH.
ENSURE THAT PAYMENTS REFLECT IN THE ABSA ACCOUNT BY NO LATER THAN 7th.
