CLUB FEE STRUCTURE FROM JANUARY 2026 - 31 DECEMBER 2026
Fees are paid monthly in advance, over 12 months. Membership is continuous until two calendar months' written notice are given via email.
The allocated allowed practice sessions are indicated. Please contact us for more information.
As per your contract, fees are updated annually and the revised fees are applicable for the period 1 January to 31 December of the current year.

- Fees are due on the first on the month (in advance)
- Fees are calculated as an annual figure - Eversdal Gymnastics Club then divides the amount into 12 equal payments for your convenience.
- Fees are due even if we close during December school holidays, as stated above, we divide the monthly payments into 12 months for your convenience.
- Not attending practice will not constitute a reduction or void of monthly fees. Gymnast must make up their missed sessions where applicable and possible.
- You are most welcome to pay fees annually or quarterly, but must be in advance.
- Fees are for coaching received at Eversdal Gymnastics Club - they do not include any competition entry fees, registration fees or clothing etc.

PAYMENTS
PLEASE NOTE THAT FEES ARE DUE ON 1ST OF EACH MONTH. ENSURE THAT PAYMENTS REFLECT IN THE ABSA ACCOUNT BY NO LATER THAN 7th.
An additional charge of R50 will be levied for late payments.

We are only closed Easter Weekends, December holidays and certain weekends where competitions are held at our venue.
